He jet washed the spare wheel, meticulously cleaned the affected area with an enzyme treatment, polished the inside surfaces of the car, and shampooed the carpets and even the carmats. We recently bought a 10 year old small car which only had 4,700 miles on it - 1 previous owner from new. Unfortunately the car had sat outside for all of that 10 years and so much build-up of dirt, grime and green growth/mould on rubber window trims etc, despite occasional washes (by previous owner). The interior had a “foisty” smell too. Kevin & A1 Car Valet had been recommended by a few people I know, so I thought we’d see if they could uncover the virtually brand new - albeit 10 years old! - car hiding underneath! Job done, car looks like it should, and the inside is spotless, and smells fresh too. Very professional and explained the service to me thoroughly. I was mostly concerned about the marks on my seats which came up perfect after 3 shampoos at no extra cost. Will definitely be back.
Extremely professional throughout
I recently used A1 Car Valets due to my company car having milk spilt on the car seats and carpets, and I could not recommend them enough. Their customer service was fantastic, providing me with a thorough explanation of what process they would go through in order to lift the bacteria out of the car to remove the smell. The car looks and smells brand new again and Kevin was extremely professional throughout. I will definitely be using A1 Car Valets again in the near future.

My car was extremely dull and the paintwork had just lost all its shine among all the marks throughout the years. Kevin took time to run me through every fine detail and suggested which work would be best for what I wanted. Dropped the car off and it was completely transformed when I picked it up. You did an excellent job on the interior of the car and couldn’t believe you managed to clean up where my daughter was sick on the seat. There was no way we could have driven to Edinburgh with that smell. My wife and I both felt sorry for you having to clean up the mess, whilst we went shopping.
